You are right. Maybe there is still hopr after all.
I followed the campaign trail throughoit the many many months that it has been going and paid special attention whenever there were live broadcasts of speeches by Obama.
There were some speeches made by him that were very memorable to me.
The one where he said something like "we must give it back to the teachers...." really touched me and brought tears to my eyes.
You have a great President Elect there. I wish Malaysia would have someone like that. Currently, I don't see anyone who even remotely resemble Obamas dreams and aspirations.
To hell with experience. Life is one long learning curve isn't it?
We prayed for God's protection and strength for him. We were very concerned for his safety, now that he has won. News about the capture of those skinheads and neo-nazis scared us the most.
Please protect him. He stands for all that is good about America. I am requesting for an American flag from some of my new Fullbright students. Upon Obamas election, the sentiment as well as attitudes of Malaysians toward America has dramatically improved.
We hope to have a Star Spangled Banner in one of our classrooms soon.
